Operational Description :

The Water Bottle Filling Machine consists of Three Turn Tables for Rinsing, Filling and Capping. The bottles are held on the neck and the body is guided in spacers. Machine consists of Rinsing stages, Filling stages and Capping stages. The rinsing and filling is operated by timer device, The Rinsing Jets is being pressurized by Pump. A Rotary auto cap feeder is mounted on the machine then capping is done by Electro-Pneumatic Capper.
